DILEMMAS & DEBATES IN COLORECTAL SURGERY

12-14th January 2023

Dear Colleagues,

The 10th Dilemmas & Debates in Colorectal Surgery Conference (DDCRS) will take place at Bush House, King's College London, WC2R 2LS, from 12-14th January 2023. It will be held in collaboration with The International Society of University Colon and Rectal Surgeons (ISUCRS) and The Association of Coloproctology of Great Britain & Ireland (ACPGBI).

As part of the conference to commemorate the 10th anniversary, we will hold three days of traditional debate sessions, state-of-the-art lectures, inspiring and interactive sessions with ample opportunity for questions and answers. The conference will focus on topics of interest to professionals of various disciplines as well as challenging situations, controversies, and problems related to colorectal surgery. There will also be a ''Six of the Best" podium & poster presentations so surgical trainees are encouraged to submit their work.

On Thursday 12th January, a number of workshops will be held, which are likely to be of great interest to surgical trainees, young colorectal specialists, and anyone interested in learning what's new. These masterclasses & workshops include: 1. Proctology masterclass, 2. Complex abdominal wall reconstruction masterclass, 3. Advanced laparoscopic skills course 4. HRA/AIN Satellite session (Partially Free) 4. Robotic 'HUGO' simulator training (Free).

In collaboration with the Italian Medical Society of Great Britain (IMSoGB), a free warm reception will also be held at the Italian Culture Society Event, 39 Belgrave Square, London SW1X 8NX, on Thursday 12th January, which will include some lectures, as well as drinks, food and networking.

Why wait. Join us in January 2023 in the heart of London for an educational and networking event as well as a chance to view the sights of London and possibly attend a West End theatrical performance. Early bird registration is now open until 12th October.

Yours sincerely

Mr Joseph W Nunoo-Mensah, Professor Narimantas E. Samalavicius, Mr Pasquale Giordano, Mr Piero Nastro
